About my current job
I head up the charity's response to the COVID pandemic by helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to re-engage with learning and reach their potential. Using an evidence-based approach, I oversee the strategic plan supporting our young people with regards their academic progress, social skills and wellbeing. I also oversee our Secondary FOCUS schools programme, which teaches young people about their future options.
