About my current job
I am the Chair of Demos (cross party think tank fostering public involvement in policy development), Chair of the Young Foundation (research institute enabling institutions to understand, involve and innovate with communities), and Chair of the Skills Federation (trade body for employer led sector skills organisations).
Something important I learned during my time at EP
My degree trained me to think how to gather and assess evidence and how to use it to find solutions to the issues the organisations I have worked in were trying to tackle.
